Pricing
Pricing depends on the size, flavour, but most importantly the intricacy of the cake design. All the cake elements are both bespoke and handmade to order so the complexity of the décor will dictate the price. As a rough guide, a single tier cake with a simple design costs from 35 pounds, two tier wedding cakes from 175 pounds, three tier from 275 pounds and cupcakes from 2.50 pounds.
Delivery
We are happy to offer a delivery and set up service at your venue. This is recommended for larger cakes or cakes with more decorative elements as it's a good idea to set these up on site to avoid damage en route. Delivery costs will depend on the distance of your venue from Chiswick, West London. Contact us for a quote. Alternatively you are welcome to pick up the cake at your convenience.
Allergies / Alcohol
Our vanilla, carrot and chocolate cakes do not contain nuts. The rich fruit cake does contain both almonds and generally is ordered with a marzipan layer. We are happy to make the fruit cake without these nutty elements if required. Please note that all the cakes are prepared in a kitchen that occasionally handles nuts.
Both the carrot and the rich fruit cakes contain alcohol, added to the carrot before baking and to the rich fruit after baking. This can be omitted if required.
