Flavours
Fruit Cake. A classic for a reason. This is a no holds barred, triple raisin, seriously fruity, very nutty, utterly moreish incarnation. Nurtured on brandy for as long as possible (optional but highly recommended!). Available with or without its marzipan coat. A great option for stacked cakes or a cake that needs to be stored, freezes well.
Lemon Drizzle. Zingy and moist, this cake is made with a silly amount of fresh lemons and drenched in lemony syrup. For extra lemony goodness, go for the lemon curd buttercream filling. Our most popular cake.
Lime Drizzle. An unusual but delicious alternative to the classic lemon drizzle. Same same but with the green citrus. Developed for a dear friend's wedding and an instant hit. Homemade lime curd buttercream adds an extra zing.
Madeira Cake. Classic sponge made using the finest vanilla beans. A slightly denser more unctuous version of a classic vanilla sponge cake. Choose from vanilla bean buttercream or chocolate ganache buttercream to complement the cake.
Carrot Cake. This carrot cake is universally adored. It is extremely moist and extremely delicious thanks to the addition of rum soaked raisins and a lemon and orange syrup. Cream cheese frosting adds extra goodness.
