"Mrs Edlund's Cakes made us an absolutely delightful wedding cake and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with it.  The alternating layers of lemon and lime drizzle were a perfect balance of sweet and citrus and we got a ton of complements on the cake.  They really went above and beyond to match the ribbon and sugar flowers to our colours...which was wonderful.  Mrs Edlund's Cakes also brought a personal touch to creating the cake which I really valued for my wedding.  I only wish I'd been less distracted by everything and so had eaten more than one slice!"

"This was Arthur's birthday cake. The photo does not show you how big it was, 30 adults and children did their best and we still only ate half of it! Secondly, you can't tell how it tasted. Not for Mrs Edlund the bland insipid sweetness of normal chocolate cake. Oh no, she had cooked a dark, rich, ultra moist chocolate cake. The sort that causes grown woman to emit noises is normally heard only in private. It was very popular. Mrs Edlund - you're a genius!"
